Hi! Welcome to my brand portfolio.
I'm Hester, founder of Sunside Stories.
I’m from a small town in the Netherlands, but have been traveling a lot since 2023.
During my travels, I started working in online sales and marketing, so I could afford to stay away from home and experience as much as possible.
Having always loved photography, I picked up my camera again to capture all my adventures.
I loved looking at the world through the perspective of my lens, but also, I started to build a love for capturing people.
Friends that I made while traveling, small brand owners that needed some guiding in their online presence. Because of my work in marketing and sales, I wanted to help them - and I could.
I could combine my creativity with my knowledge and really help them make a difference.
It gave me an energy boost. For someone who has been a social worker for almost 10 years, helping people is one of my favourite things to do.
And now I could do it with my passion for photography.
So, I started Sunside Stories.
